We recently exported HDPE pipes, fittings and valves for a civil engineering project in Botswana to the tune of R2 million. The 160mm HDPE SANS 4427 SABS approved pipes where supplied in various pressure classes to cover a total distance of 13km to replace the existing failing piping infrastructure to supply water to the local community. The pipes are to be installed using a unique trenchless plowing installation method with a minimal construction footprint and low environmental impact.
